We directly interact with the client to understand the objective, the position requirements and conditions. Selection Deadlines are also finalized during this process.

We will create a detailed job description of the position, working closely with the client stakeholders.

Create a comprehensive list of target companies & candidates through a highly systematic research process. Simultaneously, mining our own data and leveraging our extensive network.

Potential candidates are contacted, interviewed, and assessed. We also engage with passive candidates. Finally, high caliber candidates are shortlisted after careful assessment.

Candidate reports are prepared on shortlisted candidates and submitted to the client. The client also shortlists and fixes the interview.

The shortlisted candidates are interviewed by the client and the best fit for the position is selected.

The client makes an offer to the selected candidate through Magen David Search Partners (MDSP). Terms are negotiated. MDSP oversees acceptance till the joining date and ensures smooth integration.

Staying in touch with the client and candidate post-joining to smoothen out the teething issues, if any.
